Yes, all Konnected devices come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. This covers any functional defects or hardware failures under normal usage conditions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to certain high-end components.
How can I track my package after it has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
